Tom has spent the past 20+ years working with over a dozen agencies serving clients in Healthcare, Aerospace, Transportation, Hospitality, and consumer products. He is a former VP of The Usability Professionals Association (Philadelphia) and VP of UX at Rosetta where he was the UX lead on over 25 award-winning digital projects, and is the author of UX in the Agency World: User Experience for Mad Men.

While at Rosetta he helped standardize the practice of Program Architecture and Experience Design while focusing on personalized experiences and designing programs to drive users through the marketing continuum of awareness, engagement, conversion, loyalty and advocacy.
